Ad Printing Specifications

- Publication trim size is 8.5"x11"

- Live matter should be no larger than 7.25" x 9.75" or 7.25" x 4.75" depending on the ad size

- Include 1/8 bleeds where necessary

- 4 color ads must be CYMK not RGB

For optimal resolution, please ensure that all graphics are at least 300 dpi Adobe InDesign CS3, Photoshop, or higher Files with all supporting Links and Fonts. High resolution PDF and EPS Files with embedded or outlined fonts, PNG, and JPEG or TIFF files are acceptable. It is recommended that ads be submitted in PDF format if possible. Camera-Ready art is acceptable and will be scanned to an electronic format. A maximum 100 line screen is accepted for halftones.

Yes! We can create the designs for your advertisements or sponsorships. We will send you mock designs for your approval prior to use.
